Accepted payment methods

Payment by Bank Card

We accept all major bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

Card payments are processed securely through our payment service provider.

Your bank details are encrypted and are never visible or stored on our website.

Bizum

You can pay for your purchases via Bizum if you have a compatible account with a participating bank.

At checkout, select Bizum (this may be under "manual payment method") and follow the instructions to validate the transaction from your banking app.

Bank Transfer

To use this payment method, select Manual Payment.

We will provide our bank details upon order completion or in the confirmation email.

You have a maximum of 3 business days to make the transfer.

If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Order processing and shipping will begin as soon as we receive the transfer in our account.

Payment security

All transactions are processed on a secure payment page (HTTPS protocol and encryption).

We do not store any bank card details: payment processing is handled by a certified provider specializing in online payment security.

Billing currency

Orders are billed in Euros.

If your bank uses a different currency, the amount will be converted according to your bank's exchange rate.
