Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without needing to justify your decision.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the products or from the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear, written statement. Please fill out the form you will find at the bottom of this page and send it to us by email within a maximum of 7 business days so that we can validate and confirm the return process by writing to askpreciousandselect@gmx.com.

Once this procedure has been completed and after our written response, you will have a new period of 7 business days to return your order.

The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer if they wish to return their purchase.

Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Once we have received the package and verified the item's condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The products were purchased within the last 14 business days.

• The products are in their original packaging.

• The following products cannot be returned:

Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

How to Return Your Order

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the products or proof of return delivery.
